What is blood clot?

You need to consult a doctor immediately if you have the problems or blood clot symptoms mentioned below:
        a) Shortness of breath
        b) Pressure, fullness or pain in the chest for more than a few minutes
        c) If the pain extends to shoulder, arm, back, jaw and teeth.
        d) Sudden numbness or weakness in the face, arm or leg

        a) Do not sit for an extended period of time. When travelling by plane, take a walk periodically after some time. When you are travelling by car for long trips, stop and walk after some times.
        b) Move your body. After you have surgery or you are on a bed rest, move your body as soon as possible, if you can.
        c) Change the way you live. Reduce some weight, reduce high blood pressure, quit smoking and do routine exercise.
